All prices listed are in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Payments are processed securely through approved third-party gateways. WatchTheCar does not store your payment information.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Once we confirm your order via email, a binding contract is formed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of materials.

Orders are shipped worldwide.
Production and delivery timelines vary by collection (see our FAQ for current estimates).
Delays due to customs, weather, or logistics carriers are beyond our control but we’ll assist where possible.

All images, text, artwork, and design elements on this site are owned by WatchTheCar or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Our products are art display pieces and not functional watch components.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
